We have an active and successful group of fundraisers called 'Friends Of Whatfield School' (FOWS). All parents and carers are automatically members and all help is gratefully accepted.
Our new committee were elected at the AGM in October 2019.
Events organised by FOWs raise additional money for school activities and for equipment used by the pupils. Activities for fundraising have included the Christmas Fayre and an Easter Egg Hunt, as well as other events such as race nights and discos. FOWs have contributed towards ICT in school, and towards the cost of coaches for educational visits.
As a small school this group is very important to us, if you have any ideas for fundraising activities and events, or would just like to help, please consider getting involved.
